1 （ 大 衛 在 亞 比 米 勒 面 前 裝 瘋 ， 被 他 趕 出 去 ， 就 作 這 詩 。 ） 我 要 時 時 稱 頌 耶 和 華 ； 讚 美 祂 的 話 必 常 在 我 口 中 。 2 我 的 心 必 因 耶 和 華 誇 耀 ； 謙 卑 人 聽 見 就 要 喜 樂 。 3 你 們 和 我 當 稱 耶 和 華 為 大 ， 一 同 高 舉 祂 的 名 。 4 我 曾 尋 求 耶 和 華 ， 祂 就 應 允 我 ， 救 我 脫 離 了 一 切 的 恐 懼 。 5 凡 仰 望 祂 的 ， 便 有 光 榮 ； 他 們 的 臉 必 不 蒙 羞 。 6 我 這 困 苦 人 呼 求 ， 耶 和 華 便 垂 聽 ， 救 我 脫 離 一 切 患 難 。 7 耶 和 華 的 使 者 在 敬 畏 祂 的 人 四 圍 安 營 ， 搭 救 他 們 。 8 你 們 要 嘗 嘗 主 恩 的 滋 味 ， 便 知 道 祂 是 美 善 ； 投 靠 祂 的 人 有 福 了 ！ 9 耶 和 華 的 聖 民 哪 ， 你 們 當 敬 畏 祂 ， 因 敬 畏 祂 的 一 無 所 缺 。 10 少 壯 獅 子 還 缺 食 忍 餓 ， 但 尋 求 耶 和 華 的 甚 麼 好 處 都 不 缺 。 11 眾 弟 子 啊 ， 你 們 當 來 聽 我 的 話 ！ 我 要 將 敬 畏 耶 和 華 的 道 教 訓 你 們 。 12 有 何 人 喜 好 存 活 ， 愛 慕 長 壽 ， 得 享 美 福 ， 13 就 要 禁 止 舌 頭 不 出 惡 言 ， 嘴 唇 不 說 詭 詐 的 話 。 14 要 離 惡 行 善 ， 尋 求 和 睦 ， 一 心 追 趕 。 15 耶 和 華 的 眼 目 看 顧 義 人 ； 祂 的 耳 朵 聽 他 們 的 呼 求 。 16 耶 和 華 向 行 惡 的 人 變 臉 ， 要 從 世 上 除 滅 他 們 的 名 號 。 17 義 人 呼 求 ， 耶 和 華 聽 見 了 ， 便 救 他 們 脫 離 一 切 患 難 。 18 耶 和 華 靠 近 傷 心 的 人 ， 拯 救 靈 性 痛 悔 的 人 。 19 義 人 多 有 苦 難 ， 但 耶 和 華 救 他 脫 離 這 一 切 ， 20 又 保 全 他 一 身 的 骨 頭 ， 連 一 根 也 不 折 斷 。 21 惡 必 害 死 惡 人 ； 恨 惡 義 人 的 ， 必 被 定 罪 。 22 耶 和 華 救 贖 祂 僕 人 的 靈 魂 ； 凡 投 靠 祂 的 ， 必 不 致 定 罪 。

A Psalm of David when he pretended madness before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed. 1 I will bless the LORD at all times;       His praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make its boast in the LORD;       The humble shall hear of it and be glad. 3 Oh, magnify the LORD with me,       And let us exalt His name together. 4 I sought the LORD, and He heard me,       And delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked to Him and were radiant,       And their faces were not ashamed. 6 This poor man cried out, and the LORD heard him,       And saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him,       And delivers them. 8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good;       Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! 9 Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints!       There is no want to those who fear Him. 10 The young lions lack and suffer hunger;       But those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing. 11 Come, you children, listen to me;       I will teach you the fear of the LORD. 12 Who is the man who desires life,       And loves many days, that he may see good? 13 Keep your tongue from evil,       And your lips from speaking deceit. 14 Depart from evil and do good;       Seek peace and pursue it. 15 The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous,       And His ears are open to their cry. 16 The face of the LORD is against those who do evil,       To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. 17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears,       And delivers them out of all their troubles. 18 The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart,       And saves such as have a contrite spirit. 19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous,       But the LORD delivers him out of them all. 20 He guards all his bones;       Not one of them is broken. 21 Evil shall slay the wicked,       And those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. 22 The LORD redeems the soul of His servants,       And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned.

詩 Psalm 34:10 少壯獅子還缺食忍餓，但尋求耶和華的甚麼好處都不缺。 The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.

大衛在亞比米勒面前裝瘋，被亞比米勒趕出去，便作此詩讚美耶和華救拔他脫離一切的恐懼和患難。你我遭遇困難時也當像大衛一樣專心尋求耶和華，仰望祂、呼求祂、敬畏祂；蒙神搭救時也要像大衛一樣感謝祂、讚美祂、稱頌祂、傳揚祂。我們的神是萬王之王、萬主之主，沒有一樣難處是祂無法越過的，沒有一個勢力是祂無法凌駕的，也沒有一個人是祂無法拯救的。神允許苦難臨到我們，為要叫我們學習信靠祂，過敬虔的生活，末了神必以生命賜福給義人。讚美神，因為祂至尊至大；讚美神，因為祂垂聽禱告、搭救義人；讚美神，因為祂是美善、祂賜生命；讚美神，因為祂全然公義、賞善罰惡！

David pretended madness before Abimelech, who drove him out, so he wrote this psalm to praise the Lord for delivering him from all his fears and troubles. When you and I encounter difficulties, we should also seek the Lord wholeheartedly like David, look to Him, cry out to Him and fear Him; when we were saved by the Lord, we should also thank God like David, praise Him, bless His name, and proclaim Him. Our God is king of kings and lord of lords, there is not a difficulty that He cannot surpass, not a power that He cannot subdue, and not a person He cannot save. God allows sufferings to come to us, in order that we may learn to put our trust in Him and live a godly life, and in the end God gives life to the righteous. Praise God for He is the greatest and the most honorable one; praise God for He listens to prayers and delivers the righteous; praise God for He is good and He gives life; praise God for He is completely righteous who rewards goodness and punishes evil!
