1 （ 可 拉 後 裔 的 詩 歌 ， 交 與 伶 長 。 調 用 女 音 。 ） 　 神 是 我 們 的 避 難 所 ， 是 我 們 的 力 量 ， 是 我 們 在 患 難 中 隨 時 的 幫 助 。 2 所 以 ， 地 雖 改 變 ， 山 雖 搖 動 到 海 心 ， 3 其 中 的 水 雖 匉 訇 翻 騰 ， 山 雖 因 海 漲 而 戰 抖 ， 我 們 也 不 害 怕 。 （ 細 拉 ） 4 有 一 道 河 ， 這 河 的 分 汊 使 　 神 的 城 歡 喜 ； 這 城 就 是 至 高 者 居 住 的 聖 所 。 5 　 神 在 其 中 ， 城 必 不 動 搖 ； 到 天 一 亮 ， 　 神 必 幫 助 這 城 。 6 外 邦 喧 嚷 ， 列 國 動 搖 ； 　 神 發 聲 ， 地 便 鎔 化 。 7 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 與 我 們 同 在 ； 雅 各 的 　 神 是 我 們 的 避 難 所 ！ （ 細 拉 ）

A Song for Alamoth. 1 God is our refuge and strength,       A very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear,       Even though the earth be removed,       And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though its waters roar and be troubled,       Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah 4 There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God,       The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. 5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved;       God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. 6 The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved;       He uttered His voice, the earth melted. 7 The LORD of hosts is with us;       The God of Jacob is our refuge. 詩 Psalm 46:1-3 神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰抖，我們也不害怕。 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling.

詩人在信心中多次宣告神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助，因此無論發生甚麼天災人禍也不害怕，神的城必不動搖。今天，教會是基督的身體，好比舊約裏神的城，萬軍之耶和華與我們同在，所以我們在信心中也當做出同樣的宣告。在這個彎曲背謬的世代，我們是否預備好勇於公開承認基督信仰，預備好存溫柔的心為主做見證，預備好為主在真理上站穩不妥協，預備好為義忍受逼迫患難呢？即使這麼做要付出代價，神卻應許到天一亮，就必幫助我們；祂一發聲，地便熔化。讚美神，因為神是我們的避難所，在大而可畏的曠野中環繞我們、看顧我們、保護我們；讚美神，因為神是我們的力量，祂在我們的軟弱中顯為剛強；讚美神，在為義受的逼迫患難中祂讓我們與基督的受苦有份，天國是我們的；讚美神，因為祂是我們患難中隨時的幫助，沒有任何事物能將我們與神的愛隔絕！

The psalmist repeatedly proclaimed in faith that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, so we will not fear no matter what natural or man-made disasters happen, for the city of God shall not be moved. Today, church is the body of Christ, like the city of God in the Old Testament, the LORD of hosts is with us, so we should also make the same proclamation in faith. In this crooked and perverse generation, are we prepared to courageously and publicly profess our Christian faith, prepared to witness for Christ with a tender heart, prepared to stand firm and not be compromised in truth for the sake of Christ, prepared to endure persecution for the sake of righteousness? Although in so doing we need to pay a price, God has promised to help us just at the break of dawn, and as soon as He utters His voice, the earth melts. Praise God because He is our refuge, who shields us and cares for us and guards us in the vast and dreadful desert; praise God because He is our strength, which is made perfect in our weaknesses; praise God, through persecution and trouble for the sake of righteousness He lets us partake in the suffering of Christ, the kingdom of heaven is ours; praise God because He is our very present help in trouble, nothing can separate us from God's love!
